Linocut is an accessible, flexible and highly versatile medium. In this course you will be introduced to the basic skills needed and helped to express your artistic vision. You will be shown how this medium can be extended into the realms of multi-plate, multicoloured and reduction linocut techniques.

This is a four week course on Thursdays 6.30pm to 9.30pm. No experience necessary. David is going to show you how to print with and without a press.

David Williamson lives and works in Melbourne Australia. A Studio Artist at the Firestation Print Studio, David has a Diploma in Visual Arts and extensive printmaking experience. His work has been exhibited widely in Melbourne and is in several collections.
