Firestation Print Studio warrants that all works sold via its online shop are original works as specified on the website. All works and imagery retain the copyright of the original maker and may not be copied or used without prior permission. The Firestation maintains links to other web sites but makes no representations as to the accuracy of the material therein, and is not responsible for the content and conduct of these sites.

PAYMENT

Firestation Print Studio is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the case of payment by cheque, this would mean the clearing of funds represented by the cheque. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Firestation Print Studio may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

Standard postage rates apply to print sales and are automatically calculated at the checkout. Items will be dispatched within 7 days of payment.
Please allow 3-5 working days for postage within Australia and 3-4 weeks for International Air Mail.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy for whatever reason with a print you have purchased we are happy to offer a credit note. The print must be returned to us in original and undamaged condition within 14 days. Refunds on courses and workshop access are subject to the policy applicable to each product; please read the product description.

USE OF WORKSHOP

The Firestation Print Studio is a non-toxic workshop. For those intending to use the workshop, familiarity and compliance with the Firestation’s Occupational Health and Safety Manual and Workshop Rules is essential.  A copy is available from the Manager on request. For first time users, an induction and / or supervised access is mandatory. The Firestation reserves the right to refuse access to users who do not comply with the rules or whose behaviour endangers themselves or others.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Firestation Print Studio based in Victoria, Australia. All purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of Victoria. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums.
