How to Exhibit at The Firestation Print Gallery

 Application for Use

• Must be a Firestation member
•  
• Review of Applicability by Committee as to whether exhibition content is in some way print related
• Gallery Contract  -Signing and return of contract to Administrator, min one month prior to Opening Night

• Payment of Bond & Gallery Rental Fee
•              Bond of $200 made payable to Firestation Print Studio received a min two months prior to Opening Night and returned to the artist on completion of exhibition
•              and return of the gallery space, as found.
•              Gallery Rental Fee is $250 per week.
•              Gallery name: Artist's name or name of show in vinyl letters -  $50.00
•  
• Invigilation of Exhibition  This is the sole responsibility of the exhibiting artist each Saturday for the duration of the exhibition.

 Indemnity and Insurance

Insurance is the full responsibility of the artist at all times.

The sponsors and the Firestation Print Studio and its agents will exercise all reasonable care of works submitted but will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage while in transit or in their care. While all care will be taken with handling, neither the Firestation Print Studio, the City of Stonnington nor its agents will accept liability for loss and/or damage arising.
