Incorporating patterns and designs drawn from her Polish heritage, Slifierz evokes ideas relating to cultural identity through aesthetic layering in her multifacted etchings and collographs.

In this series of vibrant etchings and drypoints, Rees expresses the dynamic of a relationship metaphorically through representing the natural world and specifically the Australian bush.
